Eatvisor, a mobile application developed by Propelius Technologies, offers nutrition-related services and is designed for use by both Administrators ("Admin") and Clients. This Privacy Policy outlines the data collection, use, and protection procedures for the Eatvisor app.

Information Collection and Use

1. Client Information: Admin users, who are nutritionists, are authorized to collect and manage specific Client data. This includes the Client's name, gender, and WhatsApp number. Admins have exclusive control over adding, editing, and deleting Client data, including health-related information.
2. Permission Requests: The App requests access to the device's camera and microphone, solely for Admin users. Admins use these permissions to upload recipes and provide cooking instructions in videos.

Admin and Client Roles

1. Admin Role: Admin users have the capability to add, edit, and delete Clients, along with their relevant data. Admins can also send push notifications to specific Clients or all Clients.
2. Client Role: Clients can access their personal data, such as body measurements, consultation history, supplement plans, diet plans, and related histories. Clients can receive push notifications from Admin users regarding any changes to their nutrition plans.

Data Security and Sharing

All information collected within the Eatvisor app is securely stored and is accessible only by authorized Admin users. We do not share any user data with third parties or external entities. Data privacy and security are of paramount importance.

Account Deletion

Clients have the option to delete their accounts within the app. Please note that account deletion requests may take 3 to 5 business days to process.

Cookies

The Eatvisor app does not explicitly use cookies. However, the app may employ third-party code and libraries that use cookies for collecting information and improving their services. Users have the choice to accept or decline these cookies, knowing when a cookie is being sent to their device.
